Collecting References from Youtube

I just found this website that helps downloading an flv from youtube.

Many times I find great video references that I want to keep. I used to have some free software that installed all kinds of junk on my computer which I really dislike (so I removed it asap). I like to keep videos and not links so I can open them with media player and browse through frame by frame. Also easier to keep things organized...

So this is the site:
http://keepvid.com

Just enter the link of the video on the top and it'll give a download link for the flv file.

Ha! I also started collecting references :)
I have a plugin for google chrome which gives you 3 options for downloading- mp4, 3gp and flv. I think the mp4 option is great but the rest is a bit useless for me.

Agree, I also prefer mp4. Whats the plugin?

If you like, I use a plugin for FF which lets me download Youtube clips in different formats, such as you mentioned and even more, like MP3.

If it's relevant, give me a call ;)
